Well, now it’s confirmed that Huawei will launch one or more Android phones sometime in the third quarter of 2009.
CNET reports that the Android handsets will be released in Australia, but I assume Huawei intends to offer them in lots of other countries too. After all, the Android platform has got everyone’s attention, and a good phone based on it is almost surely bound for success.
The price of Huawei’s first Android handset was not announced, but Australian users should hope it’s close to the one of Kogan’s Agora (299 AUD).
